Welcome to Lumineek. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website and purchasing our products.

In these terms, “Lumineek,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lumineek , operating under the brand name Lumineek.

Please read these terms before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Using Our Website

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase on your behalf.

You agree to provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. You must not use our website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

2. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability information.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Any such variation does not excuse a product that materially differs from its description.

Please check the product page for the size, specifications, included accessories, power requirements, and care instructions before ordering. Props shown in lifestyle images are included only when expressly listed in the product’s box contents.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other payable fees will be disclosed before you complete your order.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery, where offered, may depend on your location and order value.

Prices and offers may change for future purchases. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

If a pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue. You may choose whether to proceed on the corrected terms or cancel for a refund of any amount paid.

4. Orders and Availability

After placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement. This confirms that we have received your request; acceptance is confirmed when we notify you that your order has been dispatched.

We may be unable to fulfil an order because of unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, delivery restrictions, or reasonably suspected fraud. If this happens, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the cancelled items.

We may contact you to verify information needed to process or deliver your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for processing times, estimated delivery times, charges, and service areas.

Delivery estimates may be affected by courier disruptions, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will assist you with delivery issues and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

Please provide a complete delivery address and an active contact number. If you notice an address error, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

6. Order Cancellations

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Cancellation availability depends on your order’s processing status and our Cancellation Policy. Once an order has been dispatched, requests will be handled under our shipping and return policies, subject to applicable law.

We will not impose cancellation charges except where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase.

7. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy explains the applicable return window, eligibility, request process, and refund timelines.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us promptly with your order details. Photographs or other available evidence can help us assess and resolve the issue.

Nothing in our policies removes remedies available under applicable consumer protection law. The absence of an unboxing video alone will not remove your statutory rights.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will agree on an appropriate refund method with you.

8. Product Use and Safety

Use products only for their intended purpose and follow the supplied instructions.

For electrical or magnetic products, follow the stated power specifications, placement instructions, and safety precautions. Keep batteries and small parts away from children.

Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow instructions may not qualify for a voluntary warranty or return. This does not affect rights relating to an inherent defect or other remedies available by law.

9. Warranties

Any product warranty, including its duration, coverage, and claim process, will be stated on the relevant product page or supplied documentation.

We do not promise a lifetime warranty or other additional coverage unless expressly stated. Your statutory consumer rights apply independently of any voluntary warranty.

10. Offers and Discount Codes

Promotions apply according to the conditions displayed with each offer, including expiry dates, eligible products, and minimum order values.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. Changes to promotions will not retrospectively alter an accepted order.

11. Website Content

Content owned by or licensed to Lumineek—including text, images, graphics, and branding—is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use our website for personal shopping purposes. Commercial copying or reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability under applicable consumer protection and product liability laws.

14. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Events such as natural disasters, transport disruptions, or government restrictions may affect our ability to fulfil an order.

Where this happens, we will communicate material delays and work towards an appropriate solution. This clause does not remove any cancellation or refund rights available under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. You retain the right to approach the competent consumer commission, court, or other authority available to you under applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on our website. The terms in effect when you place your order will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

Consumer complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and addressed within one month, as required by applicable rules.
